Terms of Services

These Terms of Service describe the Services we will provide to you, how we will work together, and other aspects of our business relationship.

We request you to read the terms below carefully before confirming your acceptance thereof. Upon your acceptance, these Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you and Enrichr Proptech Pvt Ltd. Our Services are available to you only upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service.

By accessing or using our services in any way, you agree to be bound by all the applicable terms of service.

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
   1. Subscription Services
      1. During the Subscription Term, we will provide you access to use the Subscription Services in accordance with these Terms of Service and the relevant Order Form. You may, at any time, subscribe to additional features of the Subscription Services (existing features or new features that may be made available by us from time to time) by executing an additional Order Form. We may update the Platform from time to time, without adversely affecting the Subscription Services. We, however, are under no binding obligation to release new features or updates to the Platform. We make no representations as to future features and functionalities, irrespective of any public announcements or comments in this regard.
   2. Third Party Service Providers or Third-Party Software We may use third-party service providers, including application service providers and hosting service providers, for rendering any of the Services hereunder without seeking further consent from you, but we will continue to be responsible for such Services. We, will however, not be responsible for any third-party service providers engaged by you or any third-party software that may be procured by you, whether with or without our consent and notwithstanding that the same may be integrated with the Services.
   3. Free consent

      You state that your usage of website enrichr.co is a completely unqualified acceptance of yours relating to various Terms of agreement detailed in the website as also in the disclaimer section of this Agreement. You fully declare and undertake with a sound mind without any undue force, pressure, influence or coercion on you, that you shall be fully bound by the terms of this Agreement. You further undertake that in case any dispute arises out of and relating to the non-performances of any obligations as a visitor of this Enrichr Proptech Pvt Ltd site or as a seeker or querist of opinion, advice or consultancy from the services of the Enrichr Proptech Pvt Ltd site or on account of non-payment of any dues in respect of the services rendered under this Agreement then the exclusive jurisdiction to file lawsuits against you, being the user/User/querist, shall be in the courts at Mumbai only.

      Service to the Users who wish to receive advertisements and promotional messages on and through emails, SMS, phone calls etc. is fully declared and undertaken with a sound mind without any undue force, pressure, influence or coercion on the user, that you shall be fully bound by the terms of this Agreement. You further undertake that in case any dispute arises out of and relating to the non-performances of any obligations as a visitor of this Enrichr Proptech Pvt Ltd site or as a seeker or querist of opinion, advice or consultancy from the services of the Enrichr Proptech Pvt Ltd site or on account of non-payment of any dues in respect of the services rendered under this Agreement then the exclusive jurisdiction to file lawsuits against you, being the user/User/querist, shall be in the courts at Mumbai only.

   4. Suspension/Termination of Services
      1. If any amount payable, agreed in written or over email, previously between the company & user, by the User to the Company is not paid on the due date, the Company may without prejudice to any other rights or remedies that may be available to it suspend the Service provided to the User. Upon subsequent payment by the User of such monies as demanded by the Company, the Company may at its discretion and subject to such terms as it deems proper, restore the Service
      2. Enrichr Proptech Pvt Ltd reserves unequivocal right to suspend services to any user based upon feedbacks, reviews by other users. The company shall give adequate redressal facility to the said user at its own discretion.
      3. Enrichr Proptech Pvt Ltd reserves its right to change, add or delete/remove any of the Service(s), feature(s) at any time and for any reason.
      4. Enrichr Proptech Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel or suspend users at any time. Such cancellation or suspension may be without cause and/or without notice. In the case of service cancellation, your right to use the Service ceases with immediate effect.
   5. Ownership and proprietary rights

      1. Enrichr Proptech Pvt Ltd Rights

         We own or have rights to all worldwide intellectual property rights in and to the Subscription Services, Consulting Services, Enrichr Proptech Pvt Ltd Application/Platform and Software (including all derivatives or improvements thereof). All suggestions, enhancement requests, feedback, recommendations or other inputs provided by you or any other party relating to the Services or Software shall be owned by us, and you hereby do and shall make all assignments and take all reasonable acts necessary to accomplish the foregoing ownership. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by us.

         You agree not to copy, rent, lease, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Subscription Services or the Consulting Services, in whole or in part, by any means, except as expressly authorized in writing by us.

      2. Your Rights

         You own any data, information or material originated by you that you submit or compile in the course of using the Services. We have no ownership rights in or to Customer Data. You shall be solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, appropriateness and intellectual property ownership or right to collect and use the Customer Data. You permit and grant us and our licensors the right to use the Customer Data only as necessary to provide the Subscription Services and Consulting Services under these Terms of Service.

      3. Using your name and logo

         You hereby permit us to use your name, website address and logo in our marketing material including website, email campaigns, brochures etc. during and after active engagement.

   6. Fees

      The use of an Account is subject to a Fee. Upon sign-up for an Account, the Client must select a Plan. Different rates apply to different Plans. The applicable Fee is charged in advance on monthly or annual payment intervals, unless agreed otherwise between parties. All Fees are non-refundable, i.e. there are no refunds or credits for periods where the Client did not use an activated Account, used it only partially, or deactivated the Account or terminated these Terms during an ongoing payment interval, if any grievance please connect us on billing@enrichr.co All Fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies or duties applicable under any applicable law, unless stated otherwise stated herein. Client is solely responsible for the payment of such taxes, levies or duties. Changing Plans Any Client has the right to upgrade or downgrade a current Plan at any time by selecting a new Plan among the collection of Plans determined by the Supplier.

   7. Pricing

      The cost of products varies based on the scale of the client's business, ranging from 500,000 to 1,500,000 Indian Rupees (INR). Additionally, an enterprise module is available as an option, which may incur additional charges.
